KLP has withdrawn rating service from Standard & Poor’s.

KLP is an infrequent issuer, and in a cost saving process has decided to reduce the number of external ratings from two to one. We wish to take the opportunity to thank Standard & Poor’s for excellent service over the years and to compliment the team for their highly professional cooperation.

KLP will continue with rating service from Moody’s Investor Service.
